The Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) offers training for elementary and secondary schools that would like to start a PAL program. These two-day trainings provide the “how to” of establishing a school site PAL Program, including components for organizing and implementing the lessons, securing staff and parental support, selecting students, identifying resources, and evaluating the program.
