In order to comply with the PAL name and logo trademark agreements and to ensure the fidelity and efficacy of the PAL program, the name PAL may only be used by authorized PAL Peer Assistance Leadership Programs certified by the Orange County Superintendent of Schools. Certification is maintained as long as a minimum of one trained staff member is actively involved in the implementation of the PAL Program at the school site.
