OCDE Project GLAD® Agency Trainers Description:

 
OCDE Project GLAD® Agency Trainers are certified trainers working solely in their district of employment.  Renewal training is required within 12 months of certification and every three years thereafter to maintain “active status” and provide Foundations Training in their agency.  All requirements outlined in individual certification and renewal letters must be cleared with the RTC to be authorized to provide training. OCDE Project GLAD® Agency Trainers must file a signed OCDE Project GLAD® Agency Trainer Licensing Agreement with the RTC. Individuals working for an educational agency other than a school district must file an Authorization to Train Addendum with the RTC. OCDE Project GLAD® Field Consultant Description:
OCDE Project GLAD® Field Consultants are trainers working with the RTC or are working outside their district of employment through contracts they have personally entered into with districts and participants to provide OCDE Project GLAD® Foundations Training.  Field Consultants must attend the OCDE Project GLAD® Renewal Training every two years to remain active.  All requirements outlined in individual renewal letters must be cleared with the OCDE Project GLAD® RTC to be authorized to provide training. Field Consultants must file a signed Licensing Agreement ​with the OCDE Project GLAD® RTC.  If Field Consultants also are employed by a school district or other educational organization, they must file a OCDE Project GLAD® Agency Trainer Agreement.
