Orange County Department of Education’s Foster Youth Services Coordinating Program (FYSCP) was established in 1999 to address the educational needs of youth in foster care and support the mandates of AB 854. FYSCP is co-located with the County of Orange, Social Services Agency, Children & Family Services.

Mission

The mission of Foster Youth Services Coordinating Program is to ensure that Orange County youth in foster care are equipped with the resources they need to achieve their maximum educational and/or vocational potential.​
