District Accounting Services works directly with Orange County local educational agencies regarding budget and financial matters such as: fund management, Standardized Account Code Structure (SACS), cash projections, technical accounting transactions, reconciliations, categorical programs, tax revenue anticipation notes, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). We interact with the Orange County Treasurer-Tax Collector's office on a daily basis to update cash in county treasury balances within the Orange County Educational Investment Pool.
