Substitute Management System

Our automated substitute placement service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Employees and substitutes can access the system in two ways:

Assistance for OCDE employees and substitutes is available Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Absence Management by Frontline Education also provides training and support resources through its Learning Center. After logging in, select Frontline Support to browse instructional videos and articles or search for answers.
