If you do not already have a CTC Educator Account, create one before your appointment. (Do not apply for the sub permit until after your appointment.)
To avoid delays, make sure your legal name is used on your profile and paperwork and matches your government-issued identification.

Attention Recent Graduates: Before sending your transcripts to our office for a 30-Day Emergency Substitute Permit, make sure your degree has been officially conferred and appears on your transcripts.
