This two-day professional learning experience introduces a proactive, relationship-centered approach to discipline that provides an alternative to suspension and can be integrated into a school’s multi-tiered system of support. Participants will deepen their knowledge of restorative circles and learn strategies to foster positive behavior, address students’ needs, strengthen school climate, and encourage collaborative problem-solving.
