Our mission is to support and empower new teachers as they grow into confident, reflective, and effective educators. Through individualized mentoring, job-embedded learning, and meaningful opportunities for reflection and growth, we help teachers strengthen their practice, develop their professional identity, and positively impact the students and communities they serve.

OCDE Teacher Induction is a CTC-approved program that provides a supportive, individualized pathway for eligible teachers to earn their Clear Teaching Credential while applying their learning directly to their classroom practice.

Through strong mentoring relationships and a focus on each teacher's individual strengths, goals, and context, OCDE Teacher Induction builds confidence, strengthens instructional practice, and lays the foundation for continued growth and long-term success in the profession.
