Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC) Program
Develop Leaders. Strengthen Pipelines. Shape the Future.
OCDE's PASC program prepares aspiring administrators to grow as thoughtful, skilled, and confident educational leaders. Through relevant, applied learning, candidates develop the knowledge, skills, and leadership capacity to navigate complex challenges, lead people and systems, and make a meaningful impact across schools, districts, and educational organizations.
Designed for working educators, this cohort-based program offers a flexible hybrid model that connects theory to practice through collaboration, reflection, and authentic leadership experiences.
Customized district cohort models are also available for districts and educational organizations seeking to intentionally develop talent from within. These partnerships provide a strategic approach to identifying and investing in emerging leaders, strengthening internal leadership pipelines, and preparing the next generation of leaders to meet the unique needs of their organizations.
