​​​​​The Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) is both the home to the National Training Center (NTC) for Project GLAD® and a Regional Training Center (RTC).

The Regional Training Center supports growth and implementation of the model throughout California, creating systems of sustainability within PK-12 classrooms by:

• Supporting school districts' and agencies' implementation of the Project GLAD® model

• Strengthening educators in effective classroom practices

• Engaging in local research, development, and data analysis

• Operating as thought partners with districts and agencies as they develop integrative methods for Project GLAD® and state initiatives, policies, and programs

• Aligning with the Multi-Tier System of Supports (MTSS) to ensure all student needs are met​
