State and Federal Programs

Partnering with Orange County districts through individualized technical assistance, professional learning, and ongoing guidance to strengthen state and federal programs and prepare for successful Federal Program Monitoring (FPM) reviews. Support includes navigating FPM requirements, reviewing instruments and evidence, conducting self-evaluations, identifying potential compliance gaps, strengthening implementation practices, and providing a second pair of eyes before submission. The goal is to make FPM preparation clear, manageable, and meaningful while building systems that support continuous improvement and better outcomes for all students.
