OC Assessment and Accountability
The Orange County Department of Education's Assessment and Accountability Network (OC-AAN) exists to provide an opportunity for educational leaders to build their collective understanding of federal, state, and local assessment and accountability systems. The network meets five times during each school year to promote collaboration and communication among district educational leaders and provide timely updates from the California Department of Education, related to assessment and accountability. Local Education Agency (LEA) leaders responsible for, or involved with, state and local assessments, the California Dashboard, accountability systems, and the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) are encouraged to attend.
Meetings will be held via Zoom during the 2026-2027 school year from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the following dates: September 29, 2026; December 8, 2026; January 26, 2027; April 13, 2027; and May 25, 2027. Zoom links will be sent to participants in advance of each meeting.
