OCDE's District and School Improvement team offers a variety of resources to support LEAs' efforts to improve student outcomes. Universal supports including California Dashboard indicator-aligned professional development opportunities, data analysis tools, and consultation with Continuous Improvement team staff are available to all Orange County LEAs.  Targeted supports tailored to the needs of LEAs eligible for Differentiated Assistance include focused work with OCDE coaches to analyze data, conduct root cause analysis, and develop LCAP actions to address areas of need.

OCDE's District and School Improvement team supports district and school leaders striving to improve outcomes for students at the school-level. From the Principals' CSI/ATSI Improvement Network to individualized support for schools eligible for technical assistance, OCDE provides resources and services rooted in improvement science.
