The ACCESS Attendance and Records Center maintains all of the records for students who are enrolled in the ACCESS program.  You can call (714) 547-9972 for information on how to contact your child’s teacher or the principal in charge of the ACCESS site your child attends.

Please call the Referrals and Enrollment department by phone at (714)245-6679 or via email at ocdereferrals@ocde.us.  This office will explain the options available in your area, the enrollment process, and what you need to do to complete the process

Students must be 17 years of age or less to enroll in the ACCESS program.  If they turn 18 while they are enrolled in the program, they may continue their studies until they transfer back to their school of residence or graduate with either a high school diploma or a HiSET certificate.

Adult students pursuing the completion of a high school diploma, please contact the College & Career Preparatory Academy at (714) 796-8795. To obtain information regarding the high school equivalency certificate, contact the HiSET office at (714) 796-8738 to speak to the HiSET Examiner. 

Yes. ACCESS is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

No. ACCESS is a public school program operated by the Orange County Department of Education, Alternative Education Division.  There are no tuition fees for its services and programs.
