Each Mind Matters – California’s mental health campaign: This website provides mental health resources for schools and communities.

GritX: GritX is an online and app-based interactive mental health and wellness resource created for youth and young adults. Through innovative and engaging technology, youth can learn about and practice evidence-based health and wellness skills using reflection tools, self-care strategies, coping techniques, and resources to support and strengthen social and emotional wellbeing. 

Know the Signs: Pain isn't always obvious, and for some, it feels too difficult to talk about. Even though the warning signs of someone experiencing mental health related pain can be subtle, they are there. By recognizing these signs, knowing how to start a conversation, and where to turn for help, you can have the power to make a difference. National Alliance on Mental Illness - Orange County (NAMI-OC): The mission of NAMI-OC is to provide emotional support, education, and resources to Orange County teens, young adults, and families in need. They provide free educational programs, support groups, and events to address all aspects of mental health. Visit NAMI-OC's website or follow them on social media to learn more.

The OC Warmline - Emotional Support & Resources 24/7: The OC WarmLine is a free and confidential telephone service provided by NAMI-OC that offers emotional support and resources to Orange County residents, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you, a family member, or friend are experiencing a mental health concern, or need someone who can help connect you to the right resources, the OC WarmLine can help. ​

Prevention and Early Intervention School Based Mental Health Services:  The Orange County Department of Education’s School Based Mental Health Services provide prevention and early intervention for children and youth. Programs include Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and four Violence Prevention Education (VPE) programs.

Student Advocates for Mental Health: The goals of the Student Advocates for Mental Health program are to engage, train, and support student leadership groups in youth-led efforts to increase mental health awareness, promote suicide prevention, reduce stigma related to mental illness, and increase access to support services on school campuses and in the community.

Suicide Prevention Hotline: 1-800-237-8255,  provides toll-free, 24-hour over-the-phone suicide prevention services to anyone who is in crisis, or experiencing suicidal thoughts.
