Pursuant to Education Code Section 51871.5(a), after January 1, 2002, a school district must have the School District Education Technology Plan Certification Form and Addendum completed and on file with the California Department of Education (CDE), Education Technology Office, OR have a current approved E-rate District Plan in order to be eligible to receive any education technology funds administered by the CDE.
