Enrollment in CHEP is a process. New Families: You must first call the closest CHEP office and speak with one of the CHEP teachers to determine if CHEP is an appropriate placement for your child(ren). After an enrollment appointment has been scheduled with a CHEP teacher, complete the Application Packet below.
Families must meet our Minimal Acceptance Considerations
in order to be eligible for CHEP enrollment. Please read these considerations carefully. Do NOT disenroll your student from his/her current school until he/she has been accepted into CHEP.
After your preview call with a CHEP teacher, and confirmation that CHEP is an appropriate academic placement for your child, complete the New Student Application Forms
in this packet. Bring all this paperwork to your scheduled enrollment appointment.
