Instructional Models

The Independent Study Model provides students the opportunity to meet one-on-one with teachers while pursuing work, ROP, or Community College. Course Contracts are the basis for ACCESS Independent Study. Every course taught has a contract outlining the course description, expected outcomes, and resources used.

The Day School Model provides students with daily instruction to meet individual needs in a small classroom setting.

Both Models conform with California Content Standards and the Expected Student Learning Results (ESLRs).
